Ingredients

This is a simple recipe that serves 5-6 people.

You will need:

  • The Three Sisters Rice Paper (375g packet) – contains roughly 32 sheets
  • The Three Sisters Rice Vermicelli (908g uncooked)
  • 200g cooked prawns cut in half lengthwise
  • 500g shredded cooked chicken (thigh or breast is fine!)
  • 2x medium sized cucumbers cut into sticks
  • 2x medium sized carrots grated
  • Fresh herbs such as Vietnamese mint, coriander
  • Dipping sauce such as a dipping fish sauce (nΖ°α»›c chαΊ₯m) – simple recipe linked here!

Method

Let’s get rolling!

Fill a large tray or bowl with room temperature water.

Dip a sheet of rice paper in the water, making sure it’s completely wet. Then, place it on a plate.

Add a handful of rice vermicelli, prawns, chicken, fresh herbs, and grated carrot towards the bottom of the rice paper.

Fold the bottom of the rice paper upwards, keeping the contents tight, then fold in both sides.

Roll the rice paper tightly until the filling is snug inside and voila! Your delicious rice paper roll is ready to eat.
